Ok, I found the mag. It's from '94. That, thing, is called the Cannondale R4000. It was a concept bike that never went into production. The concept was never even made with the planned materials. Another (cooler) old Cannondale conept is the V4000, which mas a mountain bike concept from 1993, although I'm having trouble finding info on it.
